• FAM at the YAM: Schooled Creativity | 4 – 6 PM
Start the school year off right and join us to create a work of art inspired by the Suspended Intervals exhibition.
• The Donna Forbes Collection exhibition opens in the Mildred Sandall Scott Galleries
The Yellowstone Art Museum celebrates ground-breaking former Director Donna Forbes (1974 – 1998) with the exhibition of the Forbes Collection, gifted to the museum in late 2022. Learn more about The Donna Forbes Collection here.

• Live Poetry Typing at The Visible Vault | 5 – 8 PM
Museum writer-in-residence Anne Holub is composing and typing poems on postcards with a typewriter during First Friday. Stop by the Visible Vault to pick out a postcard and get a unique poem to take home!
• Artist-in-residence, Krista Leigh Pasini | 5 – 8 PM
Join artist-in-residence, Krista Leigh Pasini, for a game of Score Four: The Fascinating 3 Dimensional Family Game in the Visible Vault.
