the annual yellowstone art auction is the yam’s signature fundraising event

58th annual Art Auction at the Yellowstone Art Museum
February 6 – March 7, 2026

The Art Auction is one of the YAM’s most treasured opportunities to spotlight celebrated regional artwork, introduce emerging artists, and inspire patrons at every stage of collecting. The YAM’s juried Art Auction exhibition showcases a diverse range of artworks available for Silent Auction, including a Small Works subset, in addition to a select grouping of Live-Auction-only pieces. Participating artists are generously donating a percentage of the sale of each piece in support of the YAM.

Silent Auction Bidding is Closed!

Thank you for supporting the Yellowstone Art Museum’s 58th Annual Art Auction! THE NIGHT Gala & Live Auction was a festive and memorable celebration of art, and we are incredibly grateful for the generosity and support the YAM received.

The YAM is delighted to share that more than $57,000 was raised for YAM Education during the 2026 Art Auction! There is still time to donate any amount to Education Lot 58 and make a difference:

From the auction exhibition to the opening artist party to artists’ talks to the Gala & Live Auction, support of the artists and the YAM has been phenomenal. The community has shown that the YAM is a cultural treasure to be celebrated. It’s because of this generosity that the YAM endures. Your support makes YAM’s exciting exhibitions, educational programming for all ages and stages of life, and support of artists possible. THANK YOU!
