Soulful Sunday at the Visible Vault with YAM’s Artist-in-Residence, Krista Leigh Pasini

The next Soulful Sunday is coming up! This mindful self-guided dance/movement session is part artist-in-residence Krista Pasini’s offerings and she loves to share how movement, music, and mindfulness can stir restorative, healing, qualities for our bodyminds. Each session offers some space to welcome mindful, intentional movement, opportunities to listen and respond, as well as some time to settle at the end – to breathe, rest, and renew. Whether you’ve got a stellar 80s running man vibe, a modern dance triplet background, a tai chi practice, or a woodland fairy float. Krista advocates that we all are dancers … our breath dances us in and through each and every moment. She’d love to share the morning with you.
