Teen Class Registration

  • Thursday, June 13th and 20th, 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Have you always been interested in learning how to create professional looking illustrated characters? Learn the proportions and the construction of the human face and figure, and how to change and distort those proportions to create new and interesting characters with professional artist/illustrator Jason Jam.
  • Thursday, July 11th and 18th, 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Create unique spaces for your original character designs with artist/illustrator Jason Jam. Learn how to create comic book worlds using perspective, lighting and inking techniques.
  • Thursday August 8th and 15th 2019, 5:30pm – 7:30pm. Are you creating just-meh videos or Works of Art? Learn DIY lighting, point-of-view, framing, composition, and more from New Media artist and MSUB professor Keeara Rhoades. Bring your own phone/tablet (limited number of iPads available with advance notice).

  • This waiver and indemnity applies in connection with the use of the services, facilities, and/or classes of the Yellowstone Art Museum’s Teen Classes to be held July 13 - August 15, 2019. [1] I, the parent or legal guardian listed above, wish for my child to utilize the services, facilities, or classes of Yellowstone Art Museum. [2] I agree to discharge, waive, release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Yellowstone Art Museum, their directors, management, staff, employees and independent contractors and all their heirs, successors and assigns from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, expenses, actions, or course of actions that may arise out of the use of said facilities or the conduction of such classes. [3] I declare and affirm that my child is in good medical and physical condition and that the use of the Yellowstone Art Museum services, facilities, and classes do not pose any danger to my child’s health. [4] I give consent to photographs and videos being taken of my child. All photo and video materials will be used exclusively to promote the Yellowstone Art Museum and its programming and will remain in the property of the museum. Photographs are not sold or used for commercial purposes.
  • Classes will be canceled two weeks prior to the scheduled date if enrollment is insufficient. Your enrollment cost will be refunded fully. Please enroll before then to avoid cancellations. After registering, if you cannot attend a class, you must cancel a full TWO WEEKS before the class, or your money cannot be refunded.
