  • Complete online registration below for each child. Once registration is complete, families will receive an email to confirm submission followed by a separate confirmation of registration and class choices. If you have questions please call Jennifer Parry at (406) 256-6804 x 232 or email her at artsuitcase@artmuseum.org.
  • Student Information

  • Class Registration

  • To qualify for the "Member only sibling price," you must register the first child in your household at the “YAM Member” price. All subsequent children in the household qualify for the “Member only Sibling price.”
  • We try to meet the child’s choices but classes can fill up early. Please give us at least two alternative class choices (especially if your registration is submitted late).
  • Parent/Legal Guardian & Emergency Contact Information

  • Terms of Service

  • Please do not allow your child to bring electronic devices to the camp. You will be provided with the cell phone number of the camp director who will be able to get messages to your child immediately. This is an important time for campers to socialize with other artists in between classes and to focus on hand skill development and creativity in the classrooms.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the Summer Art Academy if enrollment is not met by Wednesday, May 1, 2019. In this case all fees will be returned. We also reserve the right to cancel individual classes if enrollment is not met. In this case your child will automatically be registered in one of their alternate class choices. No refunds will be made after May 1.
  • This waiver and indemnity applies in connection with the use of the services, facilities, swimming pool, and/or classes of the Yellowstone Art Museum’s Summer Art Academy to be held on the campus of Rocky Mountain College, June 3-7, 2019. [3] I declare and affirm that my child is in good medical and physical condition (with any minor medical issues or allergies being noted at registration) and that the use of the Summer Art Academy’s services, facilities, swimming pool, and classes do not pose any danger to my child’s health. [4] I give consent to photographs and videos being taken of my child.
